Pandora Winter 2014 Full Preview June 7, 2014 By Leann 92 Comments

pandora Following closely on the preview of the Pandora Autumn 2014 Collection , today we’ve got a comprehensive look at the Pandora Winter 2014 charms!  Pandora showcased both collections at JCK last week , and I was happy to be able to see most of the jewelry in person.   While I wasn’t super excited for the Christmas charms, I was ecstatic for the cosmic and starry night themed designs.  The dark glittery blues are perfect for the wintertime and I love that Pandora is offering a selection beyond the traditional holiday motif.

Charms Pandora Venta This collection is called Light Up the Night and is scheduled for launch on October 30th .  As is the trend for winter, this set is smaller than what’s coming out for autumn but it’s actually almost double what was released last year this time.  As I mentioned, I adore all the galaxy charms especially the two-tone Night Sky and Moon & Star dangles.  The Muranos were divine in person, and I’m especially looking forward to the Fascinating Aventurescent (I had to look that up!) and Dark Blue Effervescence.

Pandora After my initial oh-jeez-here’s-more-Christmas-charms reaction, in reviewing the stock photos I can see how they will be rather popular.  These are not going to be part of a set promotion like last year, so they’ll just be sold individually.  I like Santa’s Elves and the Christmas Ornament, but I wish there would be more variety in the motifs instead of remaking older charms.   We see more distribution channel special beads in this release which only applies to Pandora North America, and Jared will be getting two like the last couple of releases.  The Three Kings is labeled as a destination charm, so that may be a North American exclusive.

Pandora Charm It’s been a couple years since I was this excited for a holiday release and it’s all due to the brilliant cosmic beads.  The traditional Christmas charms will complement last year’s release perfectly and it looks like I’ll be doing another red and green bracelet in the near future.  What are your favorites from this collection?  Do you like fall or winter better?
